Clear & White - High Solids
The Vernici Egidio MILESI Polyester base coat is ideal for use under clear or pigmented finishes.The system provides the user with an extremely low VOC (Volatile Organic Content) with high solids content (greater than 90%). Exhibiting very hard chemically resistant films the system provides an excellent build and hold out properties.It is ideal for use on high quality furniture, horizontal and vertical panels, doors etc where smooth glass like film is required.CLEAR - The clear transparent undercoat comprises of a 3 component polyester system. It consists of a base (EM835) an accelerator (EM10832) and a catalyst (EM10840). Recommended topcoat is a clear two-pack polyurethane top coat typically of the type EM820, EM3870, EM3850 or the Acrylic Urethane EM3890 series.WHITE - The pigmented undercoat also comprises of a 3 component system. It consists of a base (EM847), an accelerator (EM10832) and a catalyst (EM10840). Recommended topcoat is a high quality two-pack pigmented polyurethane, such as the Milesi High Gloss or Satin systems.It is very important to observe the mixing instruction in the Technical Data Sheet, as incorrect method is a fire hazard.Material and Safety Data Sheets
